There’s a bar in one of the northern towns in the Yukon in Canada. It’s been around since the gold rush...
There’s a tradition of having a shot of whiskey from a bottle that has some toe in it from ‘Yukon SAM’ or something..
there have been reports of guys swigging straight from the bottle, and having said toe, end up in the back of their mouth...

Dick Stevenson, the inventor of the curious "Sourtoe cocktail," which has been served in Canada's Yukon territory since the 1970s, has died.

Mysterious American swallows Yukon bar's last human toe, pays $500 fine
Currently, the Downtown Hotel has no toes in reserve, and expects to sustain a substantial financial hit replacing it
Luckily toes seem to be in good supply
