Blower is clanging on cold start

Hello just thought I'd check the resources here to see if I can salvage blower...

Basically on cold start there is clanging noise (bearing?) coming from the blower after about 15mins when it's hot enough goes away. Throughout this there hasn't been a performance dip. 250 hours on Aeon Oil, site glass is center filled

My plan was to disconnect and take out and perhaps get a 3D view from Legend and inspect.the cog/belt to see just how bad this is

Aside from ordering a new blower
Are there other protocols?

My first check would be the belts to be certain there’s no belt slapping
It has the same noise that you’re hearing. And the noise going away after it warms up tells me that the belts are grabbing the pulleys better and not slapping anymore

Belts are a good place to start but I’ve experienced the harmonic rattling caused by belt slippage when the blower is under load not on startup

I assume you have done a thorough hot water flush of the blower lobes

13' Prochem Legend GT.
2800hrs
95hours on OEM replacement Kohler.

I've only had this neglected tm ~1000hrs. I've just done blower oil/pump change 3x, descale 20x

I have not sucked up a couple buckets of soap in a minute. I do follow vac/lube @end of job by blocking off inlet while spraying WD 4sec and running with load 60sec then run without load for cool down &evaporate WD

Is there a different method to flush blower?
