I want to be an encap extraordinaire some day! I should probably buy a machine. What is your favorite machine for small to medium sized commercial carpet cleaning jobs Rick? Many around these parts have a thing for the <<< Trinity Pheonix >>>

We knocked it out of the park at the big apartment building we cleaned with the Cimex we rented for a day recently, the manager said everything turned out excellent and there was no wicking in the heavily soiled lobbies. And I wasn't even using your super encap detergents! I should fix that too :]

The Phoenix is a great machine. That’s why we sell them. https://excellent-supply.com/collec.../phoenix-16-op-machine-orbital-encap-scrubber

Orbot machines are popular too. https://excellent-supply.com/a/search?q=Orbot

Either of those brands are fantastic choices for just what you mentioned, small to midsized jobs. And they can also be used for larger jobs.

For midsize to large jobs. As well as even smaller jobs…. The Cimex is an excellent machine. https://excellent-supply.com/collections/cimex-brand

You really can’t go wrong with any of them. As I mentioned in the video, a Cimex or a quality orbital machine will yield 2500 square feet per hour. They each have the potential to produce tremendous ROI when it comes to commercial carpet cleaning.

As I mentioned in the video, when you’re working with a top tier encap detergent like Encap-Clean DS2, the potential to generate profit is phenomenal.

Consider what I urged in the conclusion. It really all comes down to getting out there and committing yourself to generate commercial accounts. Go for it!
