How to Remove 0.2" Thickness from a Rug?

I need to remove about 0.2 inches of thickness from a rug by shaving down its surface. What kind of equipment would you recommend that's effective but not too expensive?

@Sergio I would look at a Turkish supplier for a shearing machine. That is what you use to do this. I have spoken with this gentleman before on Facebook who offers them - search for:
