I was in this house looking at all sorts of projects and it took me a half hour to realize I had been there before about 5 years ago to help the old seller fix a bunch of cracks between the countertops and backsplashes in 
all the bathrooms and kitchens. Everything had been remodeled except for one bathroom that woke me up to that fact..
