Go fish! You've given absolutely no information to help you, so after taking a moment to think about your problem, i have come to the conclusion "it is broken " air in pump?? Worn-out pump plunger seals?? Cracked or plugged inlet hose?? Clogged filter screen ??Chemical pump?? Chemical meter air leaks/ chemical eaten fittings?? Low water in waterbox?? Broken or damaged brass fittings?? Unloader failure?? Your gunna need to give a little more info to get a better answer. I never had kids so when a baby cries i have no idea whats wrong i can check the diapers, look for bleeding and feed um but till they can talk and say where it hurts thats about all i can do

Also, at idle it seems ok but when idled up to speed it only work for a few minutes then starts to have good pressure first trigger squeeze then then pressure drops quite a bit
you think the bypass may be an issue?
Without seeing it . I would check and make sure chemical system primes if it primes and no bubbles in chemical meter and little indicator stays down at zero afterwards, next i would prime the pump running it outa oil isn't a good sign but if the pump comes up to pressure Without pulsating but drops when you squeeze the trigger eighter you have seal damage inside the pump or the unloader is the problem. If the pump fails to come up to pressure you might get lucky and just have a stuck check valve in your pump and pulling out the 6 check valves (3 inlet 3 outlet) and cleaning them up might do the trick. When these plunger pumps set for a time the valves can get stuck and just need cleaning.

Have you read "does this flow make sense" thread a little below in this room?

Does the pressure drop on the gage or just at the wand?

Fittings could be wore out where they push each other open when connected. It happens more than you would think it should.
