I wonder how he deals with one room where 3 cats have wee wee'd along 2 - 12' walls and demolished 3 corners with urine where the affected pad and tack needs replaced, along with sealing the floor........ is that included in the $149.00 room... if so I wonder if I can sub work to him in Indy

Room pricing is best suited to do higher volume. I can get more than that guy can doing
8 rooms with my room pricing. 8 rooms is a lot to clean for less than 400 bucks.
