With or without adjustable jets?

Looking at Toms Devistater and it co.es in 2 configurations. One With stationary jets and one with adjustable jets. Which do you guys have and use? Anyone notice a difference?

Haven't really used them that much

I have Both.
The adjustable just adds 1 more thing that can go wrong.
Sometimes the screws get loose and the jet arent in the proper place.
Might be days b4 the tech realize the fail.
